บทที่ 9 ประตูซุ้มยอดมงกุฎ วัดอรุณราชวราราม (แอพเดียวเที่ยวทั่ววัดอรุณ)

ประตูซุ้มยอดมงกุฎ เป็นประตูสำคัญด้านหน้าที่จะเข้าสู่บริเวณพระอุโบสถ อยู่ตรงบริเวณกึ่งกลางพระระเบียงพระอุโบสถด้านทิศตะวันออก 

สร้างขึ้นในรัชสมัยพระบาทสมเด็จพระนั่งเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว รัชกาลที่ ๓ เป็นประตูจตุรมุข หลังคา ๓ ชั้น เฉลียงรอบ มียอดเป็นทรงมงกุฎประดับด้วยกระเบื้องถ้วยสลับสี หลังคามุงกระเบื้องเคลือบ ช่อฟ้า ใบระกา หัวนาค และหางหงส์เป็นปูนประดับกระเบื้องถ้วย หน้าบันเป็นปูนปั้นประดับกระเบื้องถ้วยมีลวดลายใบไม้ดอก ไม้เชิงกลอน คอสองประดับด้วยกระเบื้องถ้วยเช่นเดียวกัน เสาในร่วมมุขหน้า ใช้ไม้สัก มีความสวยสดงดงามเป็นอย่างยิ่ง

ประตูซุ้มยอดมงกุฎนี้ เมื่อปีรัตนโกสินทร์ศก ๑๒๔ หรือปีพุทธศักราช ๒๔๔๘ ในรัชสมัยของพระบาทสมเด็จพระจุลจอมเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว รัชกาลที่ ๕ ได้มีความชำรุดทรุดโทรมเป็นอย่างมาก พระยาราชสงครามจึงกราบบังคมทูลว่า ถ้าจะโปรดเกล้าฯ ให้ซ่อมใหม่ต้องใช้งบประมาณในการซ่อมแซมเป็นจำนวนเงิน ๑๖,๐๐๐ บาท เพราะเกรงจะเป็นอันตรายเมื่อเวลาเสด็จพระราชดำเนินทอดผ้าพระกฐิน  พระองค์จึงทรงโปรดให้มีการบูรณะปฏิสังขรณ์ใหม่ทั้งหมด โดยมีพระกระแสรับสั่งให้คงรูปแบบเหมือนเดิมไว้อย่าได้มีการเปลี่ยนแปลง

ต่อมาเมื่อปีพุทธศักราช ๒๔๙๘ ในรัชสมัยของพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัวภูมิพลอดุลยเดช รัชกาลที่ ๙ ประตูซุ้มยอดมงกุฎแห่งนี้ได้มีการบูรณปฏิสังขรณ์ใหญ่อีกครั้ง ซึ่งการบูรณะในครั้งนี้ก็ยังคงรูปเดิมที่มีความสวยสดงดงามไว้เช่นในอดีต

第9章 郑王庙王冠式拱门（一个应用畅游郑王庙全寺）

郑王庙皇冠顶门楼

皇冠顶门楼是进入大雄宝殿区域的重要正门，位于大雄宝殿东侧回廊的正中央。

建于拉玛三世时期，门楼为四面厅式，屋顶三层，四周设有走廊，顶部为皇冠形状，并以彩色瓷片镶嵌装饰。

屋顶覆以釉面瓦，屋脊装饰的凤尾、鸡冠、龙头与天鹅尾均为灰泥，并镶嵌瓷片。

山墙为灰泥浮雕，并镶嵌瓷片，雕饰花叶纹样，横梁与二层檐口也同样以瓷片装饰。

前殿内部的柱子采用柚木制成，极为精美壮观。

这座皇冠顶门楼在大城纪年124年（即佛历2448年/公元1905年）拉玛五世时期，已严重破损。

帕耶·拉差宋堪奏请陛下，若要修复此门楼，需耗费资金16,000泰铢。

因担心国王前来主持冬衣布施典礼时会有危险，故下令全面修复此门楼。

同时御旨明确要求保持原有形式，不得更改样式。

之后，在佛历2498年（公元1955年），拉玛九世普密蓬·阿杜德大帝时期，这座皇冠顶门楼又进行了一次大规模修缮。

此次修复依然保持了原貌，保留了昔日的华美与壮丽。

Chapter 9: The Crown Gate Pavilion of Wat Arun Ratchawararam (One App for Exploring Wat Arun)

The Crown Gate Pavilion (Pratu Sum Yot Mongkut) is the main entrance leading to the ordination hall (ubosot) of Wat Arun. It is situated at the center of the eastern gallery of the ordination hall.

The pavilion was constructed during the reign of King Rama III. It is designed in the form of a four-sided pavilion (chaturamuk), with a three-tiered roof and surrounding verandas. The top is crowned with a spire shaped like a royal crown, decorated with colorful porcelain shards. The roof itself is covered with glazed tiles. Decorative elements such as chofa (gable finials shaped like bird heads), bai raka (serrated eaves), hua nak (naga heads), and hang hong (swan tails) are crafted from stucco and adorned with porcelain. The gable is embellished with stucco and porcelain in floral and foliage patterns, while the second-tier beams are also inlaid with porcelain. The inner pillars of the front porch are made of teak wood, giving the structure an exquisite appearance.

In Rattanakosin Era 124 (1905 CE / B.E. 2448), during the reign of King Rama V, the Crown Gate Pavilion had deteriorated significantly. Phraya Ratchasongkhram reported to His Majesty that restoration was urgently required, estimating a cost of 16,000 baht, as the structure posed danger during royal ceremonies, particularly the Kathina robe-offering procession. His Majesty therefore ordered a complete restoration, instructing that the design remain unchanged from its original form.

Later, in 1955 CE (B.E. 2498), during the reign of King Rama IX (King Bhumibol Adulyadej), the pavilion underwent another major restoration. The renovation once again preserved the original design and beauty, ensuring that the structure continues to embody the grandeur of the past.
